Need help to curb holiday weight gain? Here are four tips to follow:
  • Have a healthy snack about an hour before going to a party, it will  curb your appetite.
  • Head for spicy or sour foods instead of sweet ones. Having a pickle can reduce the cravings for sweets.
  • Decide before you leave how much, and what you plan to eat. Having a limit in mind before the meal will help you avoid temptations.
  • Walk, Play, Move! It's fun for the whole family.
